2019 Mike Way of Living Tire Flip

Dingers For DIPG

The Michael Miller Memorial Foundation joins us in the fight against DIPG. We at Dingers for DIPG are excited and honored to be partnering with the Michael Miller Memorial Foundation in the fight against DIPG. Michael resided in Battle Creek and passed away from this devastating disease in 2017. His mother and the rest of the Michael Miller Memorial Foundation team have committed to helping any way they can with our Brandon Inge’s Dingers for DIPG event taking place on August 17th in Battle Creek. Together, our two groups, in coordination with our partners, sponsors, donors and attendees, know we CAN make a difference in the fight against DIPG! Thank you so much for your continued support for this important cause.

The foundation was able to help raise $3000 which was donated to the chad tough foundation to help in the fight against dipg.

Casting Hope For The Cure Fishing Tournament

We would like to personally thank everyone who showed for the event. A great big thank you to all of the sponsors volunteers and families that came out to support this event.

The Casting Hope for a Cure event was a success!  We were able to raise over $3000 for childhood cancer research and awareness, which is amazing!  More importantly we were able to bring three children suffering with cancer to the event.  Bentley 7, Braxton 8, and Alex 11, came to event as our “fishing stars”.  We were able to spoil them with a new fishing pole, and tackle, as well as games, tablets, nerf guns, and more!  They and their families got to attend to event and go out with our fishing guides for a day of fun on the lake.  Bentley and his guide Vic, won second place in total weight for panfish!  Braxton won the big fish plaque for panfish, and Alex won the big fish plaque for crappie.  We were so honored to be able to bring a few days of joy and regularity to the lives of these families.  We were touched by the strength and courage they show in their battle with this horrible disease.  The Michael Miller Memorial Foundation will continue its fight against childhood cancer until no family has to hear the words “there is no cure.”

We would like to thank our fishing guides, who made the day of these amazing children and their families:  Vic Heal, Brant Miller, Jim Tuttle, Bryan Neerken

Never Lucky Bowling Tournament

Grey Pink Game

The Battle Creek Central Bearcat Varsity Football Team hosted the 3rd Annual Grey Pink Game benefiting the Michael Miller Memorial Foundation.  With their continued support we were able to present Dr. Koschmann and his research lab a $5000 check for the fight against DIPG!  These young men, and the coaches continue to honor Michael and his legacy and we are so proud to be part of the Bearcat Family!!!  Senior Night at the Grey Pink Game, I won't lie - it was hard, but honoring Michael always warms my heart!

Savage Classic

A BIG Thank you to Perfect Storm Comics and Games for hosting the 3rd Annual Savage Classic!   With your help we were able to present the Cure Starts Now with $1500.  This will help in the fight against DIPG and we will be forever grateful at how the community continues to support the Michael Miller Memorial Foundation and honor Michael!!!!
